Removing teenagers and bands

Our consumer file contains adults, so we will never be able to find teenagers or band names (I found both in a few spot checks with google), so if you guys have any way of removing those before we get the data, we'll spend fewer resources trying to match bad names and get a higher match rate.

We’ve implemented a rudimentary scrubber, but some of the matches intentionally had bogus person objects to test the system. Further matches wont get approved unless they have real names.
