per player lunatic options specifically for ADDNOTE/LN and extra mode in battle

is this even something that is possible to do? eg. sp1 chart is selected, player 1 plays the regular chart but player 2 has addnote 20% turned on. could be nice for situations where players aren't at the same level but still want to play something challenging.

also just a note, extra mode DOES work for 1P while 2P stays normal, the opposite is what doesn't work with extra mode currently. as for ADDNOTE/LN they change both sides at once.

also with some additional testing, it seems that extra mode does apply to both players on the 2nd song its enabled so regardless per side toggles for it would be good

doesn't sound impossible but certainly annoying to implement. I might try at some point if im bored and there wouldnt be anything better to do.
