How to save suggestion history?

Hello. While we click on any suggestion suggestion save successfully. but when we closed application and reopen searchview not showing history what should i do ? please suggest me

See. I'm searching apple, banana, carrot. History set in search list. Now it's ok. Now I'm closed application and again open see search list ... Nothing to show previous search item like apple,banana, carrot. Understand. Ok, now I got it. I'll take a look into it to see if I can reproduce this behavior.

Just for sanity check, can you share the part of your code where you setup the search view?

I've tested it with a sample app, and I was unable to reproduce what you described. Since there's an option to disable the search history, are you sure you didn't call setShouldKeepHistory(false)?

Another possibility is that you're clearing the database at some point on your app.

I have used your code. Right now history not set. I have not set setShouldKeepHistory(false). Did you understand my query. what i want ? See i want to save history when I closed application history should store when I reopen application previous history show.
