[FIX] Sample browsing issues #18
Description
-While internally browsing for instrument samples, each one that has different sample rate than 44.1khz will play slowed down or sped up - Samples should be played at their correct sample rate in any case
-No way to interrupt the preview of the sample - example: user listens to 30 second log sample in the instrument sample selection window, imports it, goes to put down the note and play back the track the sample from instrument selection is still playing!
Samples previewed inside sample selection screen should stop when exiting the sample selection screen
-Lack of support for .wavs of higher than 16 bitrate, even to convert to 16 bit again - Higher bitrate sample support would be nice
