Error with clef and signature entry #74
Description
When you enter an F2 clef and a signature of one flat, the flat appears below the staff. To match the manuscript, I used the up arrow key to move the signature up an octave, but when you do that it also moves the clef to an F3 clef for some reason. The Humdrum file is attached. @craigsapp this might be an issue with the Humdrum entry.
