"Pay with ether" button(s)?

Seems like it would be nice to have at least one button skin that said "pay with ether" for those who don't know what metamask is (they would find out as soon as they clicked).

I agree. Maybe @VladTod could add some of those. We also have a request for a "donate" button, so maybe "donate with ether" too. - Dan
