Description

Contradictory information is given by --help option regarding default for option --dest.

  --dest DEST_DIR                 Directory where the plots are saved to.
                                  Defaults to the current directory. Note that
                                  this option is incompatible with absolute
                                  paths specified in the setup parameter
                                  'outfile'.  [default: output/]

Unclear if default is current directory or output/. Seems to be output/ now.
