Creating a new item
In the Add New Item dialog box, make sure that the DNX | Server-side node is selected in the left pane. Then, select the Web API Controller Class template in the center pane, name it TriviaController and click Add.
At my wits end on what needs to be done to show that DNX | Server-Side option on Add New Item form
