Turn on Touch Events in Edge

Is there a way to turn on Touch Events for Hosted Web Apps in Edge? It turns out that they are off by default. This is a showstopper.

Yes, this is still not fixed in W10 Creators Update/Edge 15.
Touch events are "Always disabled" even on touch enabled devices. Tested on 3 different W10 tablets today, all of them had Touch events as Always disabled by default.

More importantly Touch events are disabled with no way to enable them in UWP WebView and Hosted Web Apps, this should really be fixed, thanks!

Edit, just tested, still not working in W10 1709/Edge 16.
