Meaghan started work on this ADRIO before we refactored the ADRIO system. The code in the branch is valid but will need to be revisited to modernize it. Until we can prioritize this again, the previous PR has been closed.
Original PR description:
The ADRIO implementation of Meta's DataForGood, allowing the user to query for the county scope within December 2022 - present, fetching a TxNxA shaped matrix. The columns represent the km distance from home that a person travels from their typical home location at a random time of the day. The distance range categories follow this order from left to right: 0km, 0 - 10 km, 10 - 100km, 100+km. The data is represented at the daily granularity.
