Transit Model Integration

Adding creating transit model using batman and parameters queried from NASA Exoplanet Archive or other sources, and fit it to the data.

Outstanding tasks

1. SQL query of the transit parameters of our own targets when not on NEA.
2. Take action ids on input
3. Write messages in main log
4. Create an optional argument to create model or not
5. Use BJD instead of t in output model csv
6. Fit model to data
7. Output model csv file in bsproc folder structure
8. Using the transit model to fix bsproc normalisation
9. Print start_bjd_time and end_bjd_time in the process
