To Variant.vi broken arrow due to trying to call private access scope methods of JSON Value.lvclass

Drop down the To Variant.vi off the palette. It is broken because it calls a few JSON Value.lvclass private methods.

I'm working on a fix for the variant support now. I'll close this issue when the problem is resolved.
