Saturation error message when using ReEvaluation

When doing the ReEvaluation of scans I have often this error message "It seems like the sky-spectrum is saturated in the fit-region. Continue?". I have to click yes every time and it slows down the re evaluation process. I ticked the "Don't ignore anything" In the "Misc." tab but it asks the question anyway.
Is it due to the new spectrometer Avantes I am using?
