Merge Evaluation Logs files picker drops files

1. Problem:
   When selecting many files to merge using Merge Evaluation Logs, the software consistently drop some files. Indicated by "x EvalLog-files selected" and that x < file actually selected. It is not just the display, the merged output indeed miss those dropped files. Here some data that I can gather. Left column is the number of files that I actually selected, right column is x in "x EvalLog-files selected" and actually get merged.

2. Expectation
   When I select x files, the program should also merge those x files.
