Cannot choose custom sky or dark spectrum

The option exists to select another sky and dark spectrum than the default in the program, but this option doesn't work in practice.

Have checked in CEvaluationConfigurationParser::Parse_DarkCorrection and this can handle the options:

• SCAN which takes the spectrum from the scan itself
• USER which is a dark spectrum provided by the user and the dark-spectrum itself is taken from the spectrum provided from 'offsetSpec' in the DarkCorrection-section.
• MODEL where the user needs to supply a offset and darkcurrent-spectrum

The spectrum to use for the dark-spectrum is then calculated in CScanEvaluation::GetDark.

Fixed the evaluation on 2019-05-26. This option seems to be correct now, but needs verification.
