Separate flux calculations from spectral evaluations #2
Description
The program will always start by downloading pak-files and evaluate them, which is a very time-consuming project.
Implement starting the batch processing from already produced evaluation logs, in this way it is possible to re-run the flux calculations with a new wind speed but keeping the already produced spectral evaluations.
