Create a utility function to summarize asset collection

We can have an util function (maybe called “summarize” in PRASCore) where user passes in an asset collection and we return a data frame of useful stats, like min, mean, and max capacity for Generators etc. We could also use Julia extensions to optionally show CLI or other backend plots of data.
