How run simulink implementation of rosco

Hello all,
I am new in openfast and rosco, please appologoze if my question is not accurate.
I found out that there is simulink implementation of rosco.
could anyone help me how to run it in Windows.
is there any tutorial or help?
how can I start?
I am very confused. I dont have any idea to star this.

We cannot currently test and support the Matlab_Toolbox and Simulink version of the ROSCO controller. It should only be used as a learning tool at this time because the Simulink ROSCO controller is not up to date with the Fortran dynamic library.

Since Matlab/Simulink is widely used, we have left the tools online but cannot support issues with the code. We rely on community support to help debug issues: https://github.com/NREL/ROSCO/issues
