Floating IEA 15MW data

Hello, I have a couple of quick questions:

• Is the floating_tilt_table for the iea_15MW_floating turbine calculated for the UMaine VolturnUS-S Reference Platform?
• What modelling is that table based on?

After asking around some more on this, it's still not totally clear what the floating tilt table values currently represent. It seems that they should simply be treated as fictional at this point, and may be somewhat exaggerated (but this will depend on the floater). I'm going to create a separate issue to update these values, which I'll link here.

For what it's worth. The table isn't too far off (~10%) some aeroelastic modelling results I've come across since opening this thread for both the Windcrete spar and VoltunUS semi-sub coupled with the IEA 15MW turbine. So while it may be fictional, it's probably suitable for anyone in academia just looking for some kind of generic floating turbine example.
