`FlorisModel.get_defaults()` missing docstring

FlorisModel.get_defaults() was introduced as a beta functionality in FLORIS v4.3. Since then, we have been using it very successfully, but I realized today that the API documentation is not very helpful for this (quite useful) method, so this issue is just logging the need to add a docstring here so that the API docs are filled in
