Add LOB network locations

While beamlines give all the data, we also need this for LBMS and also for labs (LOB1->LOB5)

Any suggestions for how we refer to the labs ?

I've created a new issue #183 for adding the network locations to LBMS (as that is a simple mechanical task) and will modify this issue to be focused on the Labs.
