AMGX 2.4.0 has three scalers: binormalization, diagnostic_Symmetric, and nbinormalization., which scaler is most suitable for the Poisson equation?

I would say this question goes beyond this software scope ;)
But briefly - it really depends on the eigenvalue spectrum of your matrix. However I would expect multigrid (especially classical RS coarsening) perform well on matrices from poisson equations even without scaling. You can also scale system yourself with any other libraries before passing it to the solver.
