Cannot add Post Tag slug that is being used in another tenant

I am trying to create the slug news for the PAC site and it wont let me

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Posts
2. Add Tag News with Slug news
3. See error

Expected behavior
I would expect to have the same slug for diff tenants

@rustynwac It looks like news was saved. I could not reproduce this.

@rchlfryn see the comment above yours. I used the Label News with the Slug newss as a workaround. Slug news wouldnt save

@rustynwac I saw that. I am trying to figure out why there is a post with the slug news in prod today. Did you update it to news after successfully saving it as newss?

The slug field validation explicitly tries to handle tenant-scoped collections here.
