Could not resolve all files for configuration ':socketLib:classpath'

**A problem occurred configuring project ':socketLib'.
First we get the below error.

Could not find groovy-android-gradle-plugin-2.0.0.jar (org.codehaus.groovy:groovy-android-gradle-plugin:2.0.0).
Searched in the following locations:
https://jcenter.bintray.com/org/codehaus/groovy/groovy-android-gradle-plugin/2.0.0/groovy-android-gradle-plugin-2.0.0.jar
after rnd we get the below dependency is change.
old : classpath 'org.codehaus.groovy:groovy-android-gradle-plugin:2.0.1'
new : classpath 'gradle.plugin.org.codehaus.groovy:groovy-android-gradle-plugin:3.0.0'

add above classpath after the get the below error. pls as soon as given solution in this issue.

Could not find http-builder-0.7.2.jar (org.codehaus.groovy.modules.http-builder:http-builder:0.7.2).
Searched in the following locations:

Given this error - pls given solution. we use jar file this project
