Error with CSS and JS files #3

Hello,
Every time I enable SmartOptimizer on my website, I get the following error: The stylesheet http://westbrookmaple.com/assets/style/lib/balloon.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".
Any ideas on how to fix this? Otherwise, SmartOptimizer is perfect. Thank you for your work!
