Enrollment by course level not showing 200, 300, 400 levels, etc.

Please check this report. It is not showing anything but 100-level. The original Colab notebook does. This report is needed rather urgently at the moment (for reasons I can discuss with you in person).

@NicholasSynovic I don't think I have the ability to assign, since this is not in the SSL org (will open separate issue on this).
