Create selected topics view on graph screen

Description

Currently all available topics are shown nested in their nodes on the graph screen sidebar, but scrolling back and forth is required too see which ones are actually selected (highlighted). There's a request for a feature that will show just the selected topics. This "selected topics" view should be available via a toggle. Display of the topics will have to be a little different (as they will no longer be nested), exactly how that will look is up to you.

Acceptance Criteria

• Old topic selection works
• You can toggle to see selected topics
• unselecting a topic works on selected topics view.

Proposed Solution

One thing to keep in mind while implementing is making your design extensible to possibly other views of topics (e.g. starred or something like favorited groups (like tab groups in a browser)). <- that may be confusing so feel free to ask questions about that to Wyatt (me).
