High voltages turn red while charging

Description

If a voltage is above 4.05 it should begin to rapidly turn more red, as charging too much could be bad.

Acceptance Criteria

• Voltages coloring is still red when low and green up until 4.05
• Talk to Max M and ask if he wants this to be a mode, or to be on all the time (mode is probably best)

Proposed Solution

Modify HSL values to switch after a certain threshold.
