Add Isospi Redundancy For adbms2950

Description

We are going to have two SPI lines to be able to communicate with the adbms2950. We want to be able to comm to the chip using both channels, alternating between the two until one of the lines break (in this case just read from the non-broken line).

Acceptance Criteria

There is redundancy on the isospi comms to the adbms2950. The code can recover if a line breaks and gets fixed
