Add SHT30 to compute.c

Proposed Solution

This will involve:

1. Updating the MSB-FW sht30 code to use Jake's new driver.
2. Testing the MSB sht30 code with Jakes driver, making any fixes and opening a PR to MSB-FW.
3. Copying the heart of it over to here.
