Create Cell Profile Curve

### Description

Create a cell profile curve by continuously discharging a cell and plotting the OCV over time. With the following data, make a look-up table in the codebase so we can calculate our SOC on startup based on our current OCV.

1. Use the battery testing module to develop the OCV graph
