Add a Requirements macro that creates an Appendix #55
Description
We currently have a macro bibliography::[] that will create a full bibliography for all citations in a document.
We require a similar macro requirements::[] that will create a full list of requirements with the following features
- ordered by appearance of the requirement in the document
- section they appear in (chapter and subsection as either TOC-style or breadcrumb)
- should have an anchor linking back to the corresponding requirement
- the title of the linked requirement in plain text
