Remove the requirement for having QueryLoc tag within the queryloc_format section in json file #36

Ran into bug while creating SabLab json on 9/24/2025.
iORG_summary_and_analysis will throw error unless you include {QueryLoc:s?} somewhere within the query_loc in the json file. Please remove this as a requirement so that the code is more flexible in accepting query formats.
