Ideally all columns should be filter(able).. however, if we need to list the most important ones:

description: this will help the user find which practice is related to his keyword.
key: just to filter out the results for easier readability.

Observed details

team: if we can add a filter to search by team(s) name(s), this will help the manager to focus on specific targeted teams.
