Expected Behavior

Current Behavior

Script lab is Always loading...... i can not use the editor, can i re instal it ?
How can I uninstall it ?
I have win 8.1 and Excel 2016 Italian ( supported?)

I launch the link for the editor site https://script-lab.azureedge.net/ and.....always loading and
i cannot use it...... is it a connection problem ? i See the icon and the small balls tunning at the
bottom of the screen but it never end the download
