[Bug Report] - flight bug with other mods

I'm not sure if this is an intentional feature of the mod or an actual bug, but this mod can interfere with and prevent flight initiation in other mods. For example, in Draconic Evolution, if the player takes damage, they are unable to take off due to this bug.

The issue is caused by the UnstableHandler class, which does not account for these effects for compatibility and only considers its own mod. However, I'm not sure if this was intentional or just an oversight.

Probably an oversight. It also fails to account for its own angel rings and even simply creative mode. There's been a fork that fixes this
