[Feature] Grant individual score for who conquers a Dom point in Domination mode

Just a little detail I noticed: when you get the "A" or "B" point for your team in DD, your individual score increases by one. The same doesn't happen when you get a Dom point Domination mode, and I assume it's just an overlook. I guess being bold and conquering a Dom point should be somehow rewarded.

Could you please better explain? I don't know how UT99 individual scoring for conquering a Dom point works.
I guess something analogue to DD should work.

In UT99 DOM it works as you suggest: whenever your team scores a point in a CP you controlled, you gain a point too.

I wasn't suggesting the player getting continuous points like the team, but him getting a point once for having caused a Dom point change color.
