Feature Description

Space optimizations

We could clean up the margins/borders/padding taking up a lot of the space at the top of the screen (this would apply for all form pages)

Error list

The finalization page (ie. the last page) of the form is super helpful and already allows navigation directly to the questions/prompts that require attention, simply by clicking the issue you want to go to.
One improvement here could be to make it more visible that the issues are indeed clickable - perhaps we could make it a button list ?

Agreed @r0ssing, tightening top spacing and making issues clearly tappable should improve form UX. I am currently drafting layout adjustments.
