Problems encountered during the process of attempting to obtain the CP table

I just downloaded Python and configured the open fast toolbox. Then I ran Python Instance_CPLambdaPitch.py and encountered the following error. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

This seems like an encoding issue. Can you make sure all your input files are in UTF8 encoding.
You can also try to run the following code for all the inputs files of your template directory:

from openfast_toolbox.input_output import FASTInputFile
f = FASTInputFile('AeroDyn.dat')

until you find the file that seems to be problematic.
