Outdated information in README

* Quick start still references the old built-in login screen
* Quick start makes no mention of MacOS or Linux build of launcher
* Launcher is referred to as client in a couple spots
* Architecture references the use of older Electron, now superseded by ffrunner

Overall, just needs a good review and revision. I'll likely update the site first, then copy over any pertinent info.
