Encapsulate camera related functionality in vtkMapCamera #100
Description
Most of this functionality currently lives in either vtkMap or vtkMapInteractorStyle. Encapsulating it in a class would clean-up vtkMap and remove the vtkMap dependency from vtkMapInteractorStyle.
