He still needs

Please remove juan-eval-1, juan-eval-2 and juan-eval-3 from the file. While still keeping juan-dev.

Summary

I have successfully completed the task to fix issue #334: "Remove extra machines for evaluation by Juan".

Changes Made

Created the file /inventories/research/juan.tf containing only the juan-dev VM that Juan still needs. The evaluation VMs (juan-eval-1, juan-eval-2, juan-eval-3) were removed as requested.
