Auto Enchantment Table - Book Input Problem

Hello
Atm i run in a big problem with the Auto Enchantment Table ^^
Im able to put a single book in it but i cant put stacks in it or use the extract option via sideconfig to fill it automatic with books from a chest or so.
Is this a known bug ?
