Lot don't necessary have sensors data

In lot table, the following ids should be nullable : 
```
 id_sensors          | integer                     | not null
 id_sensors_malette  | integer                     | not null

```

For instance if we are taking indoor photo or lost geolocation files we should be able to import the data.
