import doesn't upper() jpg extension

If the image files extension are ".jpg" and not ".JPG" the import doesn't rename them to APN*.JPG but APN*.jpg
Then, the toolchain doesn't work.

I tried to patch this bug, but I didn't find where to do it.

You can fix it like that:

>>> '.jpg'.upper()
'.JPG'
