Make it so view choice sidebar isn't there if only one view choice

In TorqueDataConnect, if there's only one view configured, the sidebar choice isn't necessary.

This is also related to #19.

@Nolski I'm assigning this to you, but it comes after the new-feature work we discussed today with @frankduncan. (Unless discussion with the client leads us to move this higher in priority, but I doubt they would choose that, given the importance of the other new features.)
