Use wikidata

We at @anyways-open also have need to identify stations/stops properly. I was thinking with @pietervdvn to structurally start to add stations and stops to wikidata. At least when they physically exist. We can also add the wikidata tags to OSM (an accepted practice) like we've already done for an example in Brussels and for all the train stations:

This would also enable us to publish this data in routeable tiles. Any feedback on this approach is appreciated.

We started prototyping here : https://topo.transport.data.gouv.fr/

Unfortunately we didn’t have enough ressources to follow on that project.

The idea would be to have an independent instance from wikidata as it would be nice to store every stop point, entrance or elevator.

But appart from that difference, I believe it’s the right approach.
