installer enables all 3 chains on ot-node by default #53
Description
The installer automatically enables all 3 chains on the config, which usually is not required for testing / production.
This causes an error on contract creation if the user only funded wallets for a chain.
Suggestion:
add a .env var on edge node installer to set chain to true or false
