Add matching --quiet flag.

This should add a matching --quiet flag (a toggle one) to work opposite to the --verbose flag.

Potential problems:

• What should happen if both are included?
  • Is one of them prioritised?
  • Does it cause an error?
  • Are they just cancelled out and act as if neither has been included?
