Issue with facial details (scars/eyebrows, etc) when using Cycles renderer #16

Hi there! Thanks for working on this add-on and plugin, they're super awesome and save a lot of headache!

I noticed when I was trying to render out my short animation that the facial details such as eyebrows, scars, etc. were no longer transparent.

In the viewport they appear as expected (as I believe the viewport always uses the EEVEE renderer), but when actually rendering my final output using Cycles, there appear to be some transparency issues.

Unfortunately, for what I want to do, I cannot switch to EEVEE for my final outputs, so I'm hoping you can let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

I am on Blender v4.4.3 using the latest version of both the plugin and the Blender add-on.

Viewport display - EEVEE

Transparency works as expected:

Render display - Cycles

Transparency does not appear to be working:

I did try upping the transparency bounces to 1000, but that didn't seem to resolve the issue (and I've tried basically everything I can think of short of modifying the underlying shaders, because I'm not as familiar with those).
